Business Espoo’s business advisory services
Business Espoo provides consulting free of charge for new entrepreneurs and established businesses throughout the business’s life cycle.
Who is the service for?
We serve everyone living or operating in the area of Espoo and Kauniainen – regardless of whether you are planning to start a business or already running your business. Our services are available in Finnish, Swedish, English, Russian and Chinese. For new entrepreneurs and people interested in business, we hold ‘How to set up a company in Finland’ webinars in Finnish and English on a monthly basis. These webinars provide current information relevant to new entrepreneurs on topics such as choosing the type of company, accounting, and insurance policies, among other things.
As an active entrepreneur, you will receive support for various changes and at different stages of your business’s life cycle. Examples of such situations include financing your business, changes of ownership, business development and hiring an employee. Your business also has the opportunity to make use of our extensive network of experts if you have questions requiring special expertise. Our network of experts is available in matters such as legal matters, accounting, financing, insurance policies and marketing.

You can choose to hold the personal business consultation either in person at our office or remotely via Teams. Additionally, you can choose the business advisor and the language in which you wish to receive the service.
We hold regular ‘How to set up a company in Finland’ webinars for new entrepreneurs and organise both online and in-person events for established businesses in cooperation with the entire Business Espoo network. Through our business advisory services, you will receive current and accurate information and become aware of what you need to consider when you first become an entrepreneur in order to avoid pitfalls. We also provide both new and established entrepreneurs with reliable partners for the different stages of their business’s life cycle through our network of experts.
Conditions for participating in the service
Whether you are planning to become an entrepreneur, have recently started your business or are an established entrepreneur, you are welcome to contact our business advisory services, regardless of your background and situation in life.
Participation in the service requires you to consent to the disclosure of your personal data.
We primarily process personal data in order to manage the client relationship, but we also use it for reporting/statistical purposes and to provide information and market our operations. We process personal data to fulfil the contract (business advisory services), to fulfil our legal obligations and on the basis of legitimate interest (reporting/statistics) and consent (marketing). We may also send client feedback surveys to our clients and use the results of these surveys to develop our operations.
