    Working life orientation and active job search support (Fast Path)

    The goal is rapid employment. The training provider has contacts with various employers.

    Conditions for participating in the service

    • Excellent English proficiency​​​​​​
    • The desire to find employment quickly and no health barriers to employment
    • Skills/education that make it possible to find employment in English

    How is the service organised?

    The service is provided in Helsinki. 


    Working life orientation period, duration 20 weekdays

    • During the period, we will cover key topics related to Finnish society, the labour market and work (e.g. entrepreneurship, taxation, Finnish working life culture, job-seeking, unemployment funds, identifying and putting your skills into words)
    • The period includes personal job search advice
    • Opportunities to study the Finnish language independently and guiding clients to self-studies
    • Completing certifications, as necessary

      Active job search support period, duration 5 weekdays
    • We will invite you to participate in an active job search support period if you have not found employment before the start of the active job search support period and your primary goal is still to find employment.
    • We will examine your situation following the working life orientation period and assess how successful and realistic your job search has been.
    • We will update your job search plan and guide you in your job search.
    • If needed, we will update your job search documents, help you apply for jobs and practise interview situations.
    • The active job search support period will be organised roughly 1.5 months after the end of the working life orientation period.
