Benefits of participating in the service

The aim of this service is to:

    • make your company more visible to prospective employees: you will gain a clear strategy for acting as an employer
    • improve your company’s competitiveness in the labour market: a positive employer image makes your company more attractive to employees
    • ensure sufficient availability of competent employees for your company: employees are your company’s most important asset, and employees with the right skills and motivation play a key role in building your business growth
    • develop your company’s communication and marketing skills: improve your ability to market and communicate an image of your company as an attractive employer.

Conditions for participating in the service

A business coordinator will decide which companies to select for the coaching. The coaching is organised by the Employment Services of Kerava, which acts as the employment authority for the Kerava and Sipoo employment area.

The Central Uusimaa Business Development Centre (Keuke) provides the coaching, and the Employment Services of Kerava purchases the service in question from Keuke.

Participating in the coaching adds €2,500 to a company’s de minimis grant. If a company has been awarded the maximum amount of a de minimis grant, or if its participation in the service would lead to the maximum amount being exceeded, the company cannot participate in the coaching.

Companies give their consent to the disclosure of their information on the registration form. For the companies selected for the coaching, the information collected on the registration form will be forwarded to Keuke for the organisation of the service. The information will also be stored in the employment authority’s client information system.

    How is the service organised?

We can provide the service in your company’s premises, at Keuke’s office or via a remote connection.

The aim of this company-specific service is to draw up a concrete plan for your company, and for the practical measures defined in the plan to improve your company’s visibility on the labour market, as well as its image.

The service is provided in the form of development meetings with the company. The business developer will prepare for the meetings by reviewing the background information received about the company and the tasks carried out by the entrepreneur independently.

The company-specific coaching service consists of four development meetings that include intermediate tasks completed independently by the company.

    1. Meeting: Initial assessment and analysis of the current situation
    2. Meeting: Drawing up a plan
    3. Meeting: Finalising the plan
    4. Meeting: Monitoring the implementation of the plan and updating the plan
