A great deal of practical information is available about Career Path Coaching via job search processes and channels. The coaching will improve your job search skills and you will receive support for finding jobs, study places or another solution. If you do not immediately find a job or another solution during the coaching, the service will still provide you with a realistic and practical plan on how to proceed.
The service provider is provided with the following information: the client’s name and contact information, the payer of their unemployment benefit, the client’s employment area, and information on whether the client is undergoing integration.
How is the service organised?
Career Path Coaching combines intensive group-based job search coaching (lasting 15 days) and an individual follow-up path (roughly two months).
The group-based job search coaching is generally provided with a hybrid model: the first and last days are always in the form of in-person work, and there may be up to three (3) remote work days during the week. The service duration covers the group coaching, the month during which the group coaching ends, and the following two calendar months.
The goal is to put a stop to unemployment, find a job, or start training or a work try-out as soon as possible or gain the skills necessary to participate in the aforementioned solutions. Additionally, you will have a realistic and practical plan on how to proceed at the end of the coaching.
The overall duration of the Career Path Coaching service is 3–4 months, and it includes:
