Who is the service for?
We serve everyone – primarily Vantaa residents – who is interested in entrepreneurship and starting out as an entrepreneur, regardless of their age or background. Our special area of expertise is immigrant entrepreneurship. Our services are available in Finnish, Swedish, English and Russian.
As an active Vantaa-based entrepreneur, you will receive support for various changes and at different stages of your business’s life cycle. Examples of such situations include financing your business, changes of ownership, business development and hiring an employee. Your business can also make use of our free-of-charge expert clinics, such as the legal clinic and change of ownership clinic.

Choose the desired type of service in our appointment calendar. You can choose to hold the personal consultation either in person at our office or remotely via Teams. Additionally, you can choose the business advisor and the language in which you wish to receive advice.
We regularly hold live information sessions about entrepreneurship, free of charge. Everyone is welcome to attend these sessions. Sign up for them on our website in the ‘Tapahtumat’ (Events) section. Benefits of participating in the service
By using our advisory services, you can make sure that you take into account everything that you need to consider as an entrepreneur, thereby avoiding the pitfalls present during a business’s first steps. The advisory services will provide you with practical advice on your path to entrepreneurship, from the business idea to registering your business.
More than 80% of businesses that consult business advisory services before starting their business are still in operation after five years (compared to 50% among those that did not consult business advisory services). Therefore, we recommend that you also make use of entrepreneurship professionals.

Conditions for participating in the service
You are welcome to contact our business advisory services if you are interested in entrepreneurship, regardless of your background and situation in life.
We primarily process personal data in order to manage the client relationship, but we also use it for reporting/statistical purposes and to provide information and market our operations. We process personal data to fulfil the contract (business advisory services), to fulfil our legal obligations and on the basis of legitimate interest (reporting/statistics) and consent (marketing). We may also send client feedback surveys to our clients and use the results of these surveys to develop our operations. In summary, our legitimate interest particularly concerns increasing awareness of our activities, developing our activities and maintaining functional cooperation networks. If you intend to apply for the start-up grant, you can start preparing your business plan and calculations before the consultation. We can help you refine your plan and calculations as needed. The templates are available on our website in the section titled ‘Start-up grant’.
