    How can I participate in the service?

    You can access health check-ups for the unemployed by asking your assigned employment services specialist for a referral, calling your local health station’s appointment booking service, or contacting your local health station via its e-services.

    Conditions for participating in the service:

    A free statutory service for all unemployed jobseekers.

    Benefits of participating in the service:

    During the health check-up, you are provided with a personal care or service plan. It records the relevant plans and goals for your health, wellbeing and work ability and specifies how monitoring will be carried out.

    You must fill in a consent form for the exchange of information between employment services and the health centre. On the consent form, you also indicate whether you consent to the health centre sending feedback about the health check-up and the potential medical certificate directly to employment services or whether you prefer to deliver them to your personal coach yourself.

    How is the service organised?

    A health check-up for an unemployed person takes place at your local health station during an appointment with a nurse. If necessary, the nurse will make an appointment for you with a doctor.
