Who is the service for?
Individual coaching is primarily available to young people whose jobseeker status is valid and who require support on their path to employment and education.
The work may be beneficial for young people who are ready to commit to attending regular personal meetings and participating in systematic work in order to find a job or student place.

How can I participate in the service?
The individual coaching is intended for Vantaa residents aged 18 to 29 who are not in employment, education or training.
Depending on your situation, your participation in the individual coaching can last anywhere from a few sessions to up to six months. You can also continue to receive coaching after you have found a job or student place. Participation in the individual coaching requires you to commit to the meetings agreed on together.

Conditions for participating in the service
Ability to communicate in Finnish, Swedish or English.
How is the service organised?
Are you an unemployed Vantaa resident aged 18 to 29 and searching for a job or student place?
We can provide you with a personal coach with whom you can try to find your motivation, strengthen your job search or study skills, or prepare for job interviews, for instance. Whatever you need.
For example, we can support you:
- in searching for a job or student place
- in drawing up a CV and job applications
- in identifying your strengths
- in preparing for job interviews or entrance examinations
- even after you have started a job or studies
- in finding the necessary services.
Personal coaches are also present at Ohjaamo Vantaa’s job search club on Thursdays from 12.00 to 15.00.
