Benefits of participating in the service
Personal job coaching offers support and guidance on your job search. In the coaching, we will set goals that promote your employment. You will learn to talk about your own skills and strengths that you can leverage in your job search. The coaching is well-suited for people who need support for their job search, career planning, training and becoming entrepreneurs.
Conditions for participating in the service
In order to participate in the coaching, you must have a degree. The coaching is provided in Finnish or English. It is not possible to use an interpreter in this service.
How can I participate in the service?
The coaching starts with an initial meeting. Further meetings are then scheduled according to the needs of the person being coached. There can be up to five further meetings. See the brochure for more information about the service.
