The aim of the job coaching is to find you a paid job corresponding to your skills, wishes and work ability through an individual and client-oriented service path. Other possible forms of employment include a work try-out granted by the Employment Services of Kerava, supported work activities organised by Virtaamo pursuant to the Social Welfare Act, and group-based job coaching.
The job coach provides support for your job search and job interviews, as well as work induction and initial training once you start work. Additionally, the job coach will make support visits to your workplace in accordance with the principle of continuous support.
Another aim of Job Coaching Virtaamo is to increase employers’ awareness of the opportunities to employ people with partial work ability on the open labour market.
