    How is the service organised?

    • Your first meeting with a coach is scheduled by your assigned employment specialist.
    • At the end of the first meeting, you and your coach will decide together whether there is a need to meet up again or whether a single coaching session was enough.
    • You can meet with the coach for up to three times.
    • The goal of these coaching sessions is to support your job search. You will agree on the content of the meetings in more detail with the coach according to the type of help that you need with your job search.

You and your assigned employment specialist may agree that the first meeting with the coach constitutes a supplementary job search discussion.

The coaching sessions take place in the premises of Vantaa Employment Services in Tikkurila. Meetings are held at two addresses. When you agree with your assigned specialist on your participation in the coaching, the specialist will inform you at which of the two addresses your coaching session will take place.
