Conditions for participating in the service
You can apply to Kela for rehabilitation if your work ability or functional capacity has declined. In most cases, you will need a medical certificate. The medical certificate must state what type of rehabilitation the doctor recommends for you. Once you have received a medical certificate from a doctor, you can apply for rehabilitation.
