To join Messi, you need to fill in the Webropol questionnaire form below. You can fill in the form yourself or together with your assigned employment specialist.
The responses to the questionnaire will only be visible to the coaches of the Messi project. The questionnaire is not compulsory, but it will allow you to start the coaching sooner and also serve as your registration with the Messi project. If you prefer not to answer all of the questions, but would like to join Messi coaching, please send us your contact information (name and phone number) by using the form.

If you are unable to fill in the form, your assigned employment specialist can also contact a job coach of the project regarding coaching via secure email.

The coaching consists of low-threshold activities that support your employment. It is provided on up to three days a week, for a total of up to six hours a week. This also includes the opportunity to complete voluntary exercises independently. You can make use of the Finnish-language materials available on the project’s coaching platform (Howspace) at your own initiative and complete related exercises independently. These weekly exercises take approximately 15–30 minutes, and they do not include instructor-led online learning. However, your Finnish as a second language (S2) teacher can check the exercises and give you feedback about them.

The coaching does not constitute a training course, and you will not earn credits or competence points for participating in the coaching. Furthermore, the objective of the coaching is not to complete an initial vocational qualification or a part thereof or training that prepares students for working life and an independent life. The coaching also does not constitute preparatory education for an upper secondary qualification.

The coaching may include participation in various events, such as recruitment fairs or visits to workplaces. These do not include working, and they are taken into account in the weekly hours mentioned above.

If an opportunity opens for you to participate in a supported work try-out, you must notify your employment services specialist about it immediately, and a separate agreement on the work try-out will be drawn up with employment services.
