Rehabilitative work activities are a service organised by social services that is intended for you if you are unable to work or participate in employment services due to limitations related to your work ability or functional capacity. Through rehabilitative work activities, you can discover methods and skills for improving the management of your everyday routines and, through them, promote the conditions for your employment or studies.
Your personal service needs will be assessed in cooperation with you. Your situation in life and needs will be taken into account in planning the service. The service may include individual and group-based activities that are implemented in various operating environments. It always includes the personal support and guidance that you require. Rehabilitative work activities provide a low-threshold opportunity for you to test and strengthen your work ability and functional capacity in a safe setting.
The implementation of the goals, as well as your work ability and functional capacity, will be assessed together with you during the service.
