    Who is the service for?

EURES Targeted Mobility Schemes (TMS) offer financial support to promote labour mobility in EU countries, Norway and Iceland. There are several of these projects, and they are currently coordinated by Swedish and German public employment services as well as EURES.

The EURES TMS project coordinated by Sweden is suitable for applicants who may already have a job interview or job/traineeship planned in another European country (the EU, Norway and Iceland).

The German EURES TMS project is particularly suitable for applicants who would like to find a job, traineeship or apprenticeship in Germany but also for applicants looking for work elsewhere in the EU or in Norway or Iceland.

In Finland, BBi Nordics and Allianssi Youth Exchanges provide further information about the Swedish project and also accept applications for financial support for mobility.

You are eligible for financial support for mobility if e.g. you have a job interview or job lined up in another EU country, Norway or Iceland and you need financial support to cover some of your travel and relocation expenses. The amount of financial support to be paid depends on the destination country, and the amount is paid as a one-off payment in full.

    Financial support is available for:

    • travel expenses for attending a job interview
    • expenses incurred for relocating to and settling down in the destination country
    • expenses incurred for recognition of qualifications
    • participation in a language course
    • expenses incurred for the relocation of family members.

Additionally, you can receive supplementary financial support for a job interview trip or relocation if you have special needs, such as functional disabilities or an assistant."
