You can also submit a contact request via Job Market Finland’s E-services. Helsinki Employment Services may issue you a Helsinki benefit card if you are deemed to belong to the target group of the Helsinki benefit.
    2. Search for a job.
      • Once you have found a job or employer that interests you, tell the employer that they are eligible to receive the Helsinki benefit.
    3. At the start of employment.
      • The employer can only apply for the Helsinki benefit once you have signed the employment contract. If the employer also applies for a pay subsidy for your employment or signs an apprenticeship contract with you, the decisions on these matters must also be made before applying for the Helsinki benefit. Pay subsidy and apprenticeship applications must be filled out before signing an employment contract. For the Helsinki benefit application, the employer will ask you for your signed consent for the processing of your personal data for the Helsinki benefit.
