This service is intended for international customers who have recently moved or are planning to move to Finland and the Helsinki capital region. The Employer Services are primarily intended for employers operating in the Uusimaa region.
IHH’s services are suitable for international individuals who have recently moved to Finland and the Helsinki area and who need to initiate official matters with public authorities for the first time. Through IHH, newcomers can find services to support their settling in. Pre-arrival services are also available online for those planning a move to Finland before they arrive in the country.
Additionally, IHH offers services for employers who hire people from abroad and need guidance.
At the IHH service point, public authorities serve customers in Finnish, Swedish and English. Services within the IHH service offering may also be available in other languages. Most services are available in English.

IHH is a hybrid service. Its various services are available in person (appointments and walk-ins), by phone and online (webinars, website, email and chat). Some official services provided by public authorities require you to make an appointment in advance.
