All the services of the employment areas are available to jobseekers aged 55 and over. You can study for an entirely new profession in labour market training, undertake short-term additional training or further education, take part in competence charting or fine-tune your job search documents with the help of a job search coach.

Employment Services provide people aged over 55 with special forms of support to promote employment. Persons who have been unemployed for two years can be granted an employment subsidy for ages 55 and above to improve their vocational or entrepreneurial skills. If you are aged 55 or older and are dismissed from work for production-related or economic reasons, you may be entitled to extended transition security. Extended transition security services support you in quickly finding a new job.
