Who is the service for?
The service is open to all adult immigrants, regardless of residence permit status or municipality of residence. You can meet us whether you have just moved to Finland or lived here for a longer time.

How can I participate in the service?
Clients can book an in-person or online appointment via Luckan's website, or contact us by phone or email. In-person appointments can be booked in Helsinki or Porvoo. Clients with shorter questions can also visit the Helsinki office during drop-in times from 15:00 to 16:00, Mondays to Thursdays at Yrjönkatu 27.
Conditions for participating in the service
The service is available to those of working age.
How is the service organised?
We give advice in the following matters:
- Finding a job or work placement
- Professional networking
- Swedish integration
- Finding the right study options
- Finding language courses
- Support in dealing with authorities (Migri, employment services, Kela, taxation)
- Finding free-time activities, volunteering and social connections
A guidance appointment lasts 50 minutes. You can meet us for several sessions. Online sessions take place via Zoom.
