The selection of the Service Manual consists of services provided in the Uusimaa region to support employment and work ability. If you do not currently need help with job-seeking and are instead looking for vacancies independently, you can find useful tips on this page. 

You can seek vacancies via sources such as websites, social media platforms and staffing agencies.

The national Job Market Finland website provides tips for job-seeking, e.g. drawing up job search documents and preparing for a job interview. 

You can also find help for tasks such as drawing up an open job application on the website of your employment area. The employment areas can also hold recruitment events for their jobseekers. Check the event calendar of your employment area!

Looking for work outside Finland? Ask your designated specialist about job search trip opportunities in the EU and EEA. Jobseekers who meet certain criteria can receive unemployment allowance paid from Finland during a job search trip abroad. If you travel to another EU country or within Finland for a job interview, you can also apply for remuneration for your travel and accommodation costs.
