Who is the service for?
The target group of Ohjaamo Helsinki includes all young people below the age of 30 who reside in Helsinki. The service is particularly intended for young people who have questions about becoming independent and transition stages in life. For young people, Ohjaamo is a place where they can go to start sorting out their own situation or ask for help with something that is on their mind.

How can I participate in the service?
You can come to Ohjaamo Helsinki’s guidance centre without an appointment.
Additionally, you can contact Ohjaamo via the form available on the Ohjaamo Helsinki website.
You can also contact Ohjaamo anonymously via the shared Jodel channel of Helsinki Employment Services and Ohjaamo, which you can find under the name Helsingintyöllisyyspalvelut.
To participate in the service, you must be a Helsinki resident under the age of 30.
Ohjaamo offers help with questions related to work, education and training, subsistence, housing, wellbeing and free time.
How is the service organised?
Ohjaamo Helsinki is a free service offered by the City of Helsinki for young people. You can come to Ohjaamo without an appointment to talk about matters that are important to you. Ohjaamo offers information and support. At the guidance centre, we always have more than one counsellor present. You can also call us, send us an email or chat with us on Discord. You have the option to contact as anonymously, and we can arrange for an interpreter for you.
