The target group of Ohjaamo Kerava includes all young people aged 15 to 29, regardless of their municipality of residence. The service is intended for all young people who are in need of guidance and advice on any question related to their everyday life.

At Ohjaamo, you can talk with professionals such as an employment services specialist, educational adviser, outreach youth worker, housing counsellor, social instructor, wellbeing specialist, study and careers adviser from Keuda, financial and debt adviser, and a Kela specialist without an appointment. How can I participate in the service?
Ohjaamo Kerava is a multi-professional low-threshold service point for all young people between the ages of 15 and 29. Ohjaamo offers information, advice and guidance. You can visit Ohjaamo in person without an appointment during its opening hours, regardless of what you want to talk about. Ohjaamo’s services are free of charge. At Ohjaamo, you have access to a computer.
You can visit Ohjaamo alone or together with another person of your choice, such as a friend, parent, instructor or another support person.
You can also reach Ohjaamo’s employees by phone, via WhatsApp, by email and via social media (Instagram, Facebook) during Ohjaamo’s opening hours.

Closed during midweek holidays. On the eves of public holidays, we close at 14.00. Exceptional opening hours are announced on our website.
